Online Code Enforcement or Complaint Form

Summerfield enforces various codes and ordinances such as zoning, junked cars, illegal businesses, unkept property, etc. Please use our online form to submit a complaint. While it's not mandatory to provide your contact information when making a complaint, the town will not be able to contact you about any follow-up details (ex.: the property isn't in violation, the property is being dealt with through the court system, the property has a Summerfield address, but isn't within the corporate limits, etc.)

The enforcement officer will review the complaint and determine if there is a valid violation. If so, the town will then work with the property owner to remedy the situation.
