Children's Fishing Derby

The Town of Summerfield partners with North Carolina Wildlife Resources and the Sportsman's Wildlife Club to present this fun morning of fishing.  This free event is open to children ages 6 through 12 and is held at the Sportsman's Wildlife Club (7999 Winfree Road).  Space is limited to 40 children so register early!  

June 21 - 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.

Each child must be supervised by a parent.  Bait is provided.  Children may bring their own rods and reels or the event will supply these.
