Greensboro Annexation of Christopher Farm Property

On February 18th the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Greensboro voted unanimously to recommend to the Greenville Town Council that the Christopher Farm property (5136 Carlson Dairy Rd. and 4305-4307 Hamburg Mill Rd.) be annexed by the City of Greensboro and that it receive a zoning of Planned Unit Development (PUD).
