Transition to a New Administration

With the recent resignation of all of town staff, some services are temporarily suspended until a new administration can resume activities. As of 6/3/24, only the Town Manager and Finance Officer remain to assist with the transition and their last day will be 6/10/24.

There will be no Planning Services until further notice, but an interim plan is in the works so that core planning services can hopefully resume shortly after 6/10/24. Regarding Parks & Recreation facilities and activities, some activities and duties have temporarily been turned over to volunteers per Council's request. 

Council is expected to name an Interim Manager by 6/11/24 and hopefully a new Clerk and Finance Officer soon. Summer events will be at the discretion of the new administration.

The town apologizes for the inconveniences and challenges as new employees are recruited and as they become familiar with operations.
