The Summerfield Finance Committee is scheduled to meet the third Monday of each month, 7:00pm at Summerfield Town Hall, 4117 Oak Ridge Road. However, this meeting will be held at the Polo Farms Clubhouse, 6500 Polo Farms Drive. 

Directions: From US 220, turn on Strawberry Road, then right on Polo Farms Drive. The driveway to the clubhouse will be the first driveway on the right after you turn.
