The Town of Summerfield Board of Adjustment meeting scheduled for Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 6:30 PM inside the Summerfield Town Hall, located at 4117 Oak Ridge Road, Summerfield, NC 27358, has been CANCELED due to no applications being filed with the Planning Department prior to the cut-off date of Tuesday, December 24, 2024.
*** LOCATION CHANGE: This meeting will be held at the Summerfield Town Hall building located at 4117 Oak Ridge Rd, Summerfield, NC 27358.
The regularly scheduled meeting dates of the Summerfield Board of Adjustment are on the fourth Thursday of each month at 6:30pm in the Summerfield Community Center, 5404 Centerfield Road. However, if there are no cases to be review the board may not meet.
