Children's Fishing Derby

FISHING DERBY 8:30am–11:30am, SATURDAY, JUNE 17: Children ages 6 to 12 (accompanied by parent or guardian) are invited to attend Summerfield's Fishing Derby Saturday, June 17, at the park lake within Summerfield Community Park (5404 Centerfield Road). Bring your rod and reel or borrow one from the NC Wildlife Commission (bait will be provided). Participants will receive a t-shirt and welcome gift. Space is limited to 50 children; registration begins May 22! Registration form will be available under About & Events tab and on town calendar.

Then come back that evening to our music-in-the-park featuring Special Occasion Band from 6:30pm until 9pm at the Summerfield Community Park amphitheater.
