Informational Meeting
When:
The Town of Summerfield has received an application to rezone property within its limits. The request is to: rezone ± 1.22 acres located at adjacent parcels 7508 & 7602 Addison Drive, from the from Single-Family Residential (RS-30) District to the conditional zoning Business district (CZ-BN); the properties are located in the Town of Summerfield, Bruce Township, Guilford County parcels 147086 and 147087.
