The request is to: rezone ± 4.80 acres located at adjacent parcels 4957, 4959, 4961, 4963 US-220 N, from the from Single-Family Residential (RS-30), General Business (GB/BN) to the conditional zoning Business district (CZ-BN); the properties are located in the Town of Summerfield, Bruce Township, Guilford County parcels 146709, 146700, 236990 and 236991.
