When:
This is a special called Town Council meeting involving the following topics:
    1. New town hall: contract for architectural services
    2. Summerfield future development opportunities: presentation by David Couch

Note: In order to implement recommended social distancing measures, this meeting will be limited to staff, needed attendees, and media, but closed to the public due to COVID-19. It will be streamed live on the town’s Facebook page and audio recorded for public access. Attempts to secure a larger facility to accommodate a significant number of citizens weren’t productive given current mass gathering restrictions. The meeting will not include public comments. The developer presentation is informational and no action is expected.
