Major Site Plan Informational Meeting

The Town of Summerfield has received an application for a site plan for a property within its limits. The site plan submitted refers to a proposed church to be constructed at 5897 Stanley Huff Rd, zoned Agricultural (AG) and consisting of 1.78 acres. The proposed development will have a total Built-upon Area (BUA) of 18,622sqft or 24% of the lot. The building itself is expected to be 3,000 square feet with 80 seats in the main sanctuary. Parking requirements for this building and use dictate that one (1) space be provided for every three (3) seats in the meeting area. 27 parking spots, including two (2) accessible spaces, will be provided.
