Special Called Planning Board Meeting

This is a special called Planning Board meeting in order to consider the items in the UDO referred to the Board by the Town Council during their July 13 meeting: a) improve definitions related to multi-family dwellings and improve consistency among terms; b) recommend an approach for multi-family lot calculations; and c) recommend whether there should be limits on the number of percentage of multi-family structures (not individual units) within a given development and if so, specify details. It is anticipated that the Board will make recommendations to the Council on these items and that a text amendment process will then ensue.
