Children's Fishing Derby

FISHING DERBY 8:30am–11:30am, SATURDAY, JUNE 15: Children ages 6 to 12 (accompanied by parent or guardian) are invited to attend Summerfield's Fishing Derby Saturday, June 15, at the park lake within Summerfield Community Park (5404 Centerfield Road). Bring your rod and reel or borrow one from the NC Wildlife Commission (bait will be provided). Participants will receive a t-shirt and welcome gift. Space is limited to 50 children, registration begins May 2! Registration form will be available under Parks & Rec & Events tab.

Then come back that evening to our music-in-the-park featuring Eric and the Chill Tones from 6:30pm until 9pm at the Summerfield Community Park amphitheater.
