Rezoning Open House
When:The Town of Summerfield has received an application to rezone property within its limits. The request is to rezone +/- .49 acres located at 7405 Summerfield Road from the Conditional Zoning— General Business (CZ-GB) to Conditional Zoning—Business (CZ-BN) with the development condition that limits the use to “Offices—Business Services” only; the property is located in the Town of Summerfield, Bruce Township, Guilford County parcel 0146722.
