This special called Town Council meeting is to consult with the attorney in closed session as provided by NCGS 143-318.11(a)(3).

Note: This special called meeting relates to a Council seat vacancy following a 4/17 Board of Elections decision. The purpose is for Council to obtain legal advice. It is not expected that the vacancy would be filled at this meeting.
