Meeting Documents

The Summerfield Town Council holds its regular monthly meeting on the second Tuesday of each month. The meetings are held at the Summerfield Community Center located at 5404 Centerfield Road.  Meeting agendas and other meeting documents are posted to the website as they are available, usually by Friday preceding the meeting.  All meetings are open and the public is invited to attend.  Every regular meeting has a public comment period available to citizens to address their Council on town matters.

Special Meetings may be called by the Mayor or Town Council for the purposes of handling business that needs to be addressed immediately, used as planning and budgeting workshops, or other purposes that are specified in the notice of Special Meeting.  Special Meetings may be called with 48 hour notice.
